The short version: people seem to have had a very good time. Your holiday time is precious, so choose carefully. We are not the zone-out-and-stare-through-the-window option. We are the stories, guards, pubs, backstreets, street art, unexpected detours and "well, that was brilliant" option.

“Kate was an amazing host, she gave riding directions very well to prepare us for the road and brought us to great London landmarks! We rode such adorable and classic pedal bicycles with little wicker baskets on the front which can conveniently fit your necessities on the ride. They also allowed us to leave our luggage there during the ride.

“Die Fahrradtour mit James war großartig. Mit Witz und Sachkunde und englischer Noblesse wurden wir auf schönen Retrofahrrädern auf einer tollen Strecke an großen und kleinen Sehenswürdigkeiten entlang geführt. Dabei mussten auch die weniger erfahrenen Fahrerinnen und Fahrer nie Angst vor dem Verkehr haben oder sich Sorgen zurück gelassen zu werden. Die Führung war sehr kurzweilig und gesellig. Wir hatten eine tolle Stimmung und glücklicherweise auch tolles Wetter. Diese Tour ist sehr zu empfehlen.

No. Bikes are our first love, but we also run walking tours, black cab tours, private London days, food and drink experiences, and UK day trips. The common thread is not the transport. It is brilliant guiding, good humour, and a day that does not feel like it came out of a laminated clipboard.
Yes, especially the Private Family Bike Tour. We have child seats for ages 9 months and up, tag-along bikes for ages 5-10, and smaller bikes for older children. The pace is gentle, the route avoids busy roads, and the guide can flex around snack needs, energy dips, and sudden deep questions about castles.
You are not alone. Our bike routes are designed to be calm and confidence-building, with quiet streets, parks, cycle lanes, and careful guide support. If cycling still does not feel right, choose a walking tour, black cab tour, or tailored private experience instead. No heroics required.
