This is an urban bike tour using park paths, cycle lanes, back streets and some roads. Independent riders need basic street sense and must be comfortable controlling a bike. Child seats, tag-alongs and smaller bikes are available on this private tour.

Frequently asked questions
The Private Family Bike Tour can be shortened by up to 1 hour (2.5hr duration) omitting a refreshment break and reducing the amount of tour content. If you prefer a swifter experience, just let us know at the time of booking. Note, this does not effect the price of the tour.
We use a mix of bike lanes, back streets, park paths and roads. The route is designed to be as safe as possible for mixed cycling abilities. But please be aware that London is an urban environment and can be busy and unpredictable at times. Riders must have basic ‘street sense’. We often recommend that kids under the age of 8 ride a tag-along bike behind a parent.
This bike tour includes a 20 minute break at a historic pub or Covent Garden Market where you can purchase refreshment (own expense) and use bathroom facilities. Unfortunately, there isn’t time for a full sit-down meal. But there are snacks if you’re peckish!
