We have been running bike tours in London since 2011. Not because it was trendy, but because cycling is genuinely the best way to see this city. You cover more ground than walking, you stop whenever something catches your eye, and you get into the neighbourhoods that most visitors never find.
Our bikes are hand-built Pashleys from Stratford-upon-Avon, sturdy, elegant, and a world away from a rental dock bike. Our guides are historians, storytellers, and Londoners who know every shortcut, every hidden courtyard, and every pub worth stopping at.

Not at all. Our routes are flat, follow quiet streets and cycle lanes, and we ride at a relaxed, conversational pace with plenty of stops. If you can ride a bike comfortably, you can do our tours. We also have a range of bike sizes, step-through frames, and electric bikes available on request.
We ride proper British-made Pashley bicycles — upright, comfortable, and built for city riding. Each bike has a basket for your bag, a bell, and lights. They’re a world away from the clunky hire bikes you see around London, and guests regularly tell us the bikes alone make the experience.
Our routes are specifically designed to avoid busy roads. We stick to quiet backstreets, riverside paths, royal parks, and dedicated cycle lanes. Your guide rides at the front, manages every junction, and keeps the group together. We’ve run thousands of tours without incident.
Everything you need: bike hire, helmet (or one of our signature tweed caps), a fully guided experience with a local expert, and any tastings or entry fees listed on the tour page. There are no hidden extras.
Our small-group bike tours welcome riders aged 13 and over — old enough to handle a bike confidently and enjoy the stories and pace of the ride. For families with younger children, our Private Family Bike Tour is designed around your kids, with child seats, tag-along bikes, trailers, and a route tailored to their ages. Children under 5 ride free.
Our tours run rain or shine — this is London, after all. Light rain rarely stops us, and we provide waterproof ponchos if needed. If conditions are genuinely unsafe, we’ll contact you to reschedule or offer a full refund. All our small-group and private bike tours are covered by a money-back guarantee.
Most of our bike tours meet at our headquarters on Hercules Road, a two-minute walk from Lambeth North Underground Station on the Bakerloo line. The exact address and a map are included in your booking confirmation. For private tours, we can arrange to start from your hotel.
We’re a small, owner-run team — not a franchise. Every tour is led by one of our own guides who lives in London and knows the city inside out. We keep groups small (max 10), ride quality British bikes, and build our routes around the backstreets and hidden corners that bigger operators skip.
